Natural de La Serena, hija de Jerónimo Pizarro y Cajal y Magdalena Arquero Ortiz. Dotada de 8000 pesos por su madre en 1706 en la Hacienda Sotaquí. Contrae matrimonio con Miguel de Ulloa y Cisternas, en la Parroquia de Sotaquí, con quien tiene 4 hijos, María, Francisca, Julián, Miguel e Ignacia.
En 1725, al enviudar, realiza inventario de los bienes de las tierras de su esposo ante la ciudad de Concepción.
