History
Nació en 1897. Estudió Medicina en la Universidad de Chile y se tituló como médico cirujano en 1921. Fue alcalde de Viña del Mar durante dos períodos. En 1933, fue nombrado director del Hospital de Viña del Mar. Además, se desempeñó como director general del Servicio Nacional de Salud. Falleció en 1968.
